Welcome Clicks 10th Annual Healthcare Conference
It is with pleasure that I invite you to participate in the 2016 Clicks Healthcare Conference. This year’s conference represents a significant milestone as it is our 10th Healthcare Conference. The event allows Healthcare professionals from all Clicks pharmacies and clinics across South Africa, including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, Nursing Practitioners and Healthcare Assistants, to once again come together to learn and interact with one another, as well as with leading pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers and other industry stakeholders.
Last year we shared our vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer in South Africa. The focus of this year’s conference is on the most important elements required to deliver our vision: Service Excellence and Quality Care. These core values underpin the entire Clicks brand proposition of continuously striving to make our customers and patients feel good and pay less. The Clicks Healthcare Conference provides an important platform to promote the delivery of service excellence and quality care, firstly by providing an opportunity to engage with the industry, but also by communicating strategic direction to the business, equipping our healthcare teams through training and development, highlighting central support systems and procedures designed to facilitate excellence in execution, and promoting teamwork to improve healthcare outcomes.
The conference will take place on 1 - 4 November, and will again be held at Emperors Palace in Gauteng. The structure of the event is designed to maximise your company’s interaction with delegates on both a head office and pharmacy level, and this prospectus features all the sponsorship and engagement opportunities available to help you effectively engage and deliver your business objectives.
The conference is organised by Fire Horse Events and Incentives. Once you have selected your desired level of involvement, Fire Hose will assist with all arrangements relating to booking of exhibition stands and help to manage your exhibition requirements. They can also assist with travel and accommodation arrangements, should this be required.
